WE SHIP WHILE YOU SLEEP!

At SKNDAILY, we work with efficient logistics so you receive your skincare products as quickly and safely as possible, no matter where you are.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong, and we provide international tracked shipping.

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Order Processing Time: 24 to 72 business hours

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 12 business days (from the date of dispatch)

📦 Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and access to a personalized tracking portal where you can monitor your shipment at any time.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is our return policy?

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged products: If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage, you may request a return or refund.

Note: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our facility in Hong Kong. This amount is non-refundable.

We do NOT accept returns of products that:

  • Have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging

  • Are not in the same condition as delivered

  • Are consumable products that have been unsealed or used


Can I exchange a product?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size, color, or variant once the item has been shipped. We strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.

If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will review your case and find the best solution.


CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS (e.g., supplements or topical formulas)

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of consumable products once opened or used.

Exceptions:

If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement. To do so:

  1. Email us at info@skndaily.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
